I help couples identify their maladaptive patterns and ways of interacting that keep them feeling stuck and distant.\u00a0 Identifying and acknowledging how each party contributes to the enduring cycles, allows for opportunities to interrupt the pattern and learn new more effective and reflective ways of interacting and communicating.\u00a0 Engaging in new more connected ways, couples can feel seen, heard and more accepted by their partners.<\/span><\/p>
